In order to enhance PCC's helpdesk service for our clients and customers, we have updated our adviser helpdesk service. The new and improved helpdesk allows you to submit queries to our professional team of advisers in two ways.
You have the option to either submit your query using your web browser by going to the support centre and choosing the options to 'Register' and then 'Submit a Ticket’; you will then be able to choose which PCC adviser team you would like to contact.
Alternatively you can submit your query by email to the relevant PCC adviser team by sending an email to one of the following adviser team email addresses:
