The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) has published v31.0 of the QOF business rules. The updated business rules show the indicators for the 2015/16 QOF. Also available is an expanded cluster list.
The commissioning team at Wigan CCG came together to understand how a new approach to commissioning could deliver local benefits. In a session facilitated by PCC, the group explored how the CCG could commission based on value to enable provider-led change, what this would mean for commissioners and the implications for the use of existing commissioning resources.
The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) has published v28.0 of the QOF business rules. HSCIC says that as well as business rules for QOF and enhanced services, it will publish expanded cluster definitions on its website with codes and descriptions for every cluster. Previous versions of the business rules will continue to be available from the PCC website.
