PCC is hosting webinars covering the process of rent reviews for owner occupiers (notional rent) and lease holders, outlining the process and some of the issues that may arise, with separate sessions on the improvement grant process and abatement rules including abatement for third party occupiers and for non GMS core services. The webinars, hosted by PCC expert Bill May, are on 19 September and 26 September.
Webinars are only open to NHS England local offices and clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) with a current PCC subscription.
